Our dear Winnie was put to sleep from complications due to old age.  This poem came about a day later.  It was inscribed on his urn as a lasting tribute to our best friend and faithful companion. "I'm Free" Until the day should come along That our ashes shall become as one, A red rose I shall place each week In a vase atop your urn to keep.
